Artist Membership

The Sculptors Guild is an artist-run organization of professional sculptors of outstanding ability and achievement. It relies on the participation of its membership to continue to exhibit, publicize and develop opportunities.

Artist Members of the Guild have multiple opportunities annually to participate in a variety of exhibitions. they also receive full-page representation on our website, and benefit from networking with Sculptors Guild members.

The Sculptors Guild roster includes prominent contemporary national and international artist members.

Annual dues of $250 are due January 1.

MEMBERSHIP in the Sculptors Guild is obtainable by professional sculptors of high creative ability. Membership can be by invitation and/or by submission to the Admissions Committee that reviews applications twice a year, in April and November.

There is a $20 processing fee. Please include a check for this amount with your application materials.  


For the review process, each applicant must submit the following

materials to the committee:

• One hard copy of your resume and a digital version on a CD. (We do not view slides) Instructions for saving images to a disk:

The RESOLUTION should be 72 D.P.I.

The Image should be no larger than 700 PIXELS or 7 INCHES –for HEIGHT or WIDTH. (The best and easiest way to do this is to go to Image Size in Photoshop.) 

• No more than twelve, and no fewer than eight, images of sculptures completed within the last five years, on a CD. Number your images. 

• One hard copy of a CD inventory sheet: Include the number of the image, title, medium, dimensions, and date of each work submitted. 

• Hard copies of postcards, flyers, reviews and catalogs of recent

exhibitions may also be included in your application package. 

• Finally, be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of materials. All materials without a stamped envelope at time of review- will not be saved.


CD's and Materials of new members will be kept at the Guild Office to be used on the Website.
